2. Making a booking
A booking is confirmed once we have received the required payment and issued a booking confirmation.
The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate.
Please check your booking confirmation carefully and contact us as soon as possible if any information is incorrect.
3. Prices and payment
The total price of your booking will be displayed before you complete your booking.
Where a deposit option is available, the deposit amount will be clearly displayed at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is normally due approximately two weeks before the date of travel.
We will contact you by email when your balance is due and provide details of how to make the remaining payment.
The balance deadline may vary depending on the individual trip. The date stated in our balance payment email will be the applicable payment deadline.
4. Deposits and cancellation
Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel your booking.
Your deposit secures your place on the trip and contributes towards the costs associated with organising and operating the journey.
If you choose to cancel your booking, your deposit will not normally be refunded.
If Coach To Group Ltd cancels the trip, your deposit will be refunded.
If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
Any additional payments made towards your booking will be dealt with in accordance with the cancellation terms applicable to your booking and your legal rights.
5. Outstanding balances
If your balance is not paid by the deadline stated in our balance payment email, we may contact you to request payment.
If the balance remains unpaid, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
Where a booking is cancelled because the balance has not been paid by the required deadline, the deposit will not be refundable.
6. Changes to your booking
Requests to change a booking should be made as soon as possible.
We will try to accommodate reasonable requests, but changes may not always be possible, particularly close to the departure date.
Any additional costs resulting from a requested change may be payable by the customer.
Bookings and seats may not be transferred to another person without our prior agreement.
7. Trip information
Departure times, pickup locations and estimated journey times will be provided with your booking and travel information.
Customers are responsible for checking their booking information and arriving at the correct pickup location at the stated time.
We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
We cannot guarantee that a customer who arrives late will be able to join the coach.
8. Missed departures
If you miss the coach because you arrive late at a pickup location, this will normally be treated as a customer cancellation and no refund will be due.
If you are delayed while travelling independently to a later pickup point, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will always try to assist where reasonably possible, but we cannot guarantee that the coach will be able to wait.
9. Changes to trips
We will make reasonable efforts to operate trips as advertised.
However, circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally require changes to:

14. Alcohol
Where permitted, passengers may consume alcohol responsibly on board.

Specific trips may have their own age restrictions or requirements. These will be communicated at the time of booking.
19. Cancellation by Coach To Group
We reserve the right to cancel a trip where this is reasonably necessary, including where there are insufficient bookings, operational difficulties, vehicle or driver availability issues, severe weather, safety concerns or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If we cancel a trip, customers will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.
Where we cancel a booking and you are entitled to a refund, we will provide the appropriate refund in accordance with your legal rights and the terms applicable to your booking.
20. Events outside our control
We will not be responsible for failure or delay in providing a service where this results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
This may include severe weather, road closures, accidents, strikes, industrial action, government restrictions, emergencies, public disorder, vehicle breakdowns or other unforeseen circumstances.
